About the event
If you want to try your hand at natural dyeing but aren’t sure where to start, this is the class for you.
We’ll learn about a variety of dye plants that can be incorporated into your garden, and how to navigate any challenges they might face in your particular growing space (like too much shade, or tight spaces…) All participants will leave with the essentials for starting their own dye garden: a packet of seed of your choice, a sample pack of seedlings, and the knowledge of how to care for them and harvest their dye potential!
Following the class, participants are invited to picnic at the farm. Light refreshments will be provided, but please bring your own sack lunch. Refrigeration available.
